Dear Mr. Reynolds,
My wife and I just had to send you a letter to sincerely thank you and your staff for all of the excellent advice and recommendations you gave us on the new HVAC system we purchased from you.
The energy savings we have already seen are truly staggering. We have enclosed a copy of our September 2006 bill and a copy of our September 2007 bill for you to see. As you can see, we saved a whopping $504.51 off our electric bill in one month alone. If our calculations are correct, that's about 70 percent less for the same billing cycle last year. And, we actually think this year was hotter than last!
At this rate, we expect this unit to pay for itself in no time flat!
We don't even want to think about all the money we've wasted month after month, year after year. But, we can't wait to see how much more money we'll start saving once we get those new energy efficient windows installed. You know, we never believed all of that energy savings hype before. But, now...my wife and I have seen proof and we hope you'll share our story with as many people as you can so they too can benefit from significantly lower energy bills! We don't believe there's a home owner anywhere that wouldn't appreciate saving this kind of money!

Last week I had the extreme pleasure of having my old beat up windows replaced with top quality windows from your company. I am totally pleased with the results as these new windows exceed my expectations in both appearance and quality. I am also very satisfied with the effort the crew made in getting a tough job done in one day. They spent the entire day working with no breaks so they could finish by night fall. Of noteworthy was their professionalism, dedication, and especially pride in workmanship. They did extra effort to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. They also were very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions the way I wanted to hear them.

Dear Mr. Reynolds,
Last year Best Value Remodelers drastically reduced our monthly energy bills by installing a new high efficiency HVAC system in our home.
Today, I'm writing to thank you for doing such a fantastic job replacing our old outdated roof with a brand new, 50 year Architectural Roofing System with Ridge Vents. It looks unbelievable and our upstairs A/C Unit already seems to be cutting off more frequently. It seems to be keeping our upstairs area a little cooler on warm days. Of course, the real test will be next summer, but, so far it looks like we're going to save even more money on energy bnils thanks to the new ridge vent system.
As usual, your installers were professional, thorough, fast, courteous, friendly, and did an absolutely superb job. What more could we ask for.
In a day and age when good contractors are darn near impossible to find, it's really nice to know there are still a few great ones left. Thank you very much.
