windows were left covered in smudges from installers so I had to spend over an hour cleaning myself. installer broke my siding tearing out old windows and I don't think was gonna tell me until I brought it up and then they agreed to replace what they broke. I was also told that my windows would be retrimmed after install but installers were only willing to put a cheap piece of corner trim that would have looked sorry and said that regular trim would be extra charge so I had to spend two days trimming them myself. windows ultimately came out nice and I hope to save on my energy bill I just recommend that when signing contract make sure everything that you want is specified in writing including what type of trim you want
