When he finished, he again took pictures and showed them to me. I was satisfied with the results. AAPCO replaced our new roof. Derric came out to replace some shingles and did a clean job. He called before arrival and was punctual, completing the work in good timing. Derric inspected the rest of the roof and other areas of concern like the center pipe, siding and shutters and told me what eventually needed to be done. Andrea and the office team were also very helpful when I called. THANK YOU Derric and AAPCO team!

We got off to a rocky start when the sales rep explained the process to me and said that after a 4/25 order date, my windows could probably be installed before the end of May. The installation was 6/27. I love my new windows! Adam and Scott did the installation were neat courteous, and very efficient and they took time to answer all my questions.

I was very impressed by the work done in replacing my roof, replacing a gutter and installing another downspout. I had an issue with the gutter but within two days of calling, Derric was here to fix the problem. Everyone I associated with was polite, professional and did excellent work. I would certainly recommend AAPCO to everyone.

We had a great experience with AAPCO replacing our kitchen window and front door. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable . Charity was very nice when scheduling us , Mike sold us the product with a fantastic demonstration and Andy came out and did the installation. Big thanks to Andy and his helper who were on time, professional and very friendly, answered all my questions, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the work was done. The gentleman that came and installed did an excellent job. The first day they came discovered that the flashing wasn't made correctly & stopped the job till they could get the correct flashing, which was several weeks later due to production , truck problems and me being unavailable for a week. The office kept me informed on the status for rescheduling the installation. It was just completed the other day. The workman did a very good job, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.

Doug installed a walk in shower for us, and he was very professional and very neat work. the installation was very very good and the shower was beautiful. I would recommend bath planet very strongly. the team at bath planet were all very polite and was there for any questions and very polite. I cant say enough for doug, the installer.
