I entered the contract with Michael Manning everything went very smooth and professional. The county was giving me push back on building a covered porch. But Michael and I took the time and research and stategize with the county to help me accomplish this goal. He went above and beyond. Dennis and his crew did an good job in building the porch in a timely manner. On the other hand there's always someone who not so pleasnt.

Aapco totally replace my old deck. The crew was on time and worked long hours to complete my deck in just 4 days. Any questions I had during the process were answered. The deck is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come. My only suggestion would be that when the holes are dug for the posts that the dirt be wheelbarrowed to one area instead of surrounding the entire deck. It does pose the problem of being a muddy mess. It could be something that the customer is asked and, as long as it is not some distant location but just a spot close by, it could be helpful. If it was in one pile, then it could be removed by the customer if so desired. That being said, I have referred friends to use Aapco for projects.
