We got off to a rocky start when the sales rep explained the process to me and said that after a 4/25 order date, my windows could probably be installed before the end of May. The installation was 6/27. I love my new windows! Adam and Scott did the installation were neat courteous, and very efficient and they took time to answer all my questions.
