After an initial ordering mistake by the salesperson, they corrected the mistake and came through with flying colors. The guys did an excellent job at a reasonable price and the house looks great!

Very efficient. When they didn't finish the first day, they covered the roof with tarps, which was a good thing because we had a thunderstorm that night. The sales representative presented the options, but did not use high pressure sales tactics. If there was some thing that I thought didn't look right, they fixed it. Ronnie and his crew that did the gutters were very good.

Derric introduced himself and asked to be shown the problem. He took pictures and let me see the trouble and where it was. He proceeded to fix the roof. When he finished, he again took pictures and showed them to me. I was satisfied with the results. AAPCO replaced our new roof. Derric came out to replace some shingles and did a clean job. He called before arrival and was punctual, completing the work in good timing. Derric inspected the rest of the roof and other areas of concern like the center pipe, siding and shutters and told me what eventually needed to be done. Andrea and the office team were also very helpful when I called. THANK YOU Derric and AAPCO team!

We got off to a rocky start when the sales rep explained the process to me and said that after a 4/25 order date, my windows could probably be installed before the end of May. The installation was 6/27. I love my new windows! Adam and Scott did the installation were neat courteous, and very efficient and they took time to answer all my questions.
