Derric introduced himself and asked to be shown the problem. He took pictures and let me see the trouble and where it was. He proceeded to fix the roof. When he finished, he again took pictures and showed them to me. I was satisfied with the results. I would like to commend you as a company for the quick response to my request with little or no other damage. Thank you again. We need more companies like you who care about their customers.
