The sales rep was knowledgeable and truthful about the project. Sales staff was always available and helpful. The actual work was done both efficiently and quickly. But everyone at SolarTyme was helpful as much as possible with the bureaucratic red tape and delays. There were not quality of work or anything Solartyme did that made the lapse between completion of work and getting online with the power company, which has now happened and we await the next Duke bill to see our economic benefit, but we got excellent service and co-operation from Solartyme.

The insulation of the attic was the first significant improvement. the temperature was dropping as the insulation was being installed. and our electric bill dropped more than 80 percent. I don't know if it will continue as it is or if it will fluctuate over the years but I am happy with the product and definitely recommend it to any one that wants to improve their home.
