Steve was detailed when explaining what I should expect when giving me an estimate. He was NOT pushy. For the installation Mel and Logan did a superior job removing my tub and installing my beautiful new walk in shower. They were friendly and professional. Clean up was excellent as well. It was easy to give this job 5 stars.
