The project took much longer than promised. Work crew was courteous but not neat. Project manager was not out very often. When asked to send people to clean up, shop vac and broom were not brought out. Mr. Reynolds made sure everything was fixed. I would use them again.

I appreciated the courteousness and professionalism of Mr Rogers. He went above and beyond and waited until I arrived from work to inspect his work and the product. He explain the care of my new bath unit going forward and asked that if I had any questions to please call them. There was a burp in my order at first but Mr. Rogers ensured me it would be taken care of timely and he would keep in informed and He did. I can't say Thank You enough, my bathtub looks amazing now.

We've had two tub and showers done in our bathrooms, and we are very please on how they came out. They are beautiful. Our Rep/product manager/installer were very pleasant to work with. Would recommend Bath Planet to family and friends that want to redo their bathroom. Great job guys.

Mel Rogers did an AWESOME job! He was very personable, to the point, I felt comfortable leaving him to finish the job. It only took him two days to complete the task. Also, Mel was courteous enough to let me know what other projects needed attention. His work is A+. I would love to have Mel to complete Phase 2 of my bathroom; if possible. AAPCO, you are a top notch company and I would recommend you to anyone needing renovations.
