Dear Sir, Last week I had the extreme pleasure of having my old beat up windows replaced with top quality windows from your company. I am totally pleased with the results as these new windows exceed my expectations in both appearance and quality. I am also very satisfied with the effort the crew made in getting a tough job done in one day. They spent the entire day working with no breaks so they could finish by night fall. Of noteworthy was their professionalism, dedication, and especially pride in workmanship. They did extra effort to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. They also were very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions the way I wanted to hear them. I am making a special request.
